Lazy Vareniki:
For 100 Grams – 104 Kcal
Ingredients:
- Curd – 200g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sweetener
- Oat flakes – 200g
- Raisins – 50g
- Salt on the tip of the knife
🌱 Preparation: 🌱
- Oat flakes were dipped in flour.
- Cottage cheese mix with sweetener, egg, raisins, salt, and flour.
- Mix a little sticky dough and form a ball of it.
- Divide the ball into 4 parts and form sausages from them.
- Cut sausages into small pieces.
- Vari in salted boiling water until surfacing + 5 more minutes.
- Serve with sour cream or jam.
Cottage cheese
Pancakes:
For 100 Grams – 92 Calories
Ingredients:
- Lowfat curd – 250g
- Banana – 1 pc.

- Banana finely chopped, add to the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly.

Ingredients:
- Oat flakes – ½ cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Apple – 1 pc. 🍎
- Ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp.
- Dates without pits – 2 pcs.
- Chopped walnuts – 2 tbsp. 🥜
🌱 Preparation: 🌱
- Pour the oatmeal into a small saucepan and add water, bring to a boil. Wait 5 minutes.
- Add to the porridge pieces of apples, cinnamon, chopped dates. Add some more water.
- When the oatmeal and apple are well cooked, take them off the fire and add walnuts.
